Specialty Diversification: To bring advanced healthcare closer to the community, he oversaw the addition of a dedicated Nephrology specialty division at the Upper Darby, Havertown, and Foulkrod locations.
Capital Funding: In 2023, Dr. Wang, along with Dr. Li, successfully secured a major $4.5 million state grant dedicated to the reconstruction and development of the network’s South Building which brings professional jobs and new services to an underserved community. In addition, they revitalized a former abended Sacral Heart hospital and converted it to a multi-specialties medical campus, senior care, skilled rehab, and affordable housing complex.
